On this page we have provided an easy-to-understand guide of what you can expect when you cooperate with Deron to produce your design styles for you. If you have questions, simply contact us for assistance.

1. QUOTATION - SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND TECH PACK TO GET QUOTES:

Do you want to have an idea about the price first? Providing us with accurate design specs such as styles, measurements, fabric quality means your quotes will be accurate and your patterns and samples can be sent more quickly.

A. You may select our styles for the development of your collection, please check our categories and products in our website. For the quoting of our styles, please send an email to 511580590@qq.com including the product code and the quantity for each style, then your account executive will get back to you with the quotation.

B. If you have your own design, it would be perfect if you can share your design specs such as Tech Packs, artworks,pictures via email.

C. If you already have existing samples in-hand, you can ship us these samples by courier for review and quoting.

2. MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT - WE SOURCE ALL FABRICS & TRIMS FOR YOU

We have our own fabric mill for custom-making. Besides, we are only half an hour away from one of the biggest fabric market in the world - Zhongda Fabric Market. We can provide you the most trendy fabrics(knit&woven), trims, prints etc, we source thousands of fabrics each year. Besides, we can also provide recycled, sustainable, certificated fabrics.

Let us know the fabrics, trims which you would like to source, it would be faster and more accurate if you can share your inspiration images or mood board with us. Then our design team will follow your requests to source related materials and ship them to you by courier.

3. MAKING PATTERNS & SAMPLES

A. If you select our styles, our Technical Team will make samples for your confirmation .

B. If you have your own tech packs or samples. We will confirm the details with you first, then our Technical Team will make the patterns and samples for you to confirm. The key to produce perfect sample quickly is to receive accurate specifications like measurements and fabrics&trims in details, our account executive will confirm these details with you first. After the first sample is finished, we will check it firstly, then it will be shipped to you for your approval.If adjustments are needed, we will make another sample according to your comments, then send it to you for approval.

4. BULK PRODUCTION

After you approved the samples, we will follow the samples you approved for production.

A. Let us know the colors, sizes, quantity ,sample comments for each style.

B. We will ensure all fabrics and trims are stocked and ready for the production.

C. We will update you along the way while your production is being made. And also our Technical Team can grade all the sizes for you if it’s needed.

5. CUSTOMIZED BRANDED LABELS & HANGTAGS AND PACKAGING DETAILS

If you have your own labels & packaging suppliers in China, you may provide us the contact info, then we will contact and book the labels etc. If you dont have any suppliers here, please send us your packing request and ship us your labels, hangtags, packaging samples, then we will order them for you.

A. If you select our design, you may let us know your labeling and packing guide.If you are not so sure about this, just get in touch with us and ask our merchandiser.

B. If you got your own design, please include the labeling info like size label, care label, hang tag, packing for each style in the tech packs; or send us your labeling and packing guide.

C. We will order labels, tags, packaging to make sure everything is ready for your production.

6. QUALITY CONTROL /INSPECTION

We got our own QC team to conduct the quality control. We check 3 times for each production: first time to confirm the lead time again and to make sure the quality and performance of the fabrics & trims; second time for the measurements, sewing technique and crafts etc; the final check for all details including material, measurements, sewing technique, labeling, packaging...

Normally our customers rely on our QC team to conduct the quality control.If you have your own QC team or cooperating third party, you are welcome to our factory to check the quality and we will cooperate.

7. SHIPMENT - WE SHIP TO YOUR FREIGHT FORWARDER OR TO YOUR LOCATION

All items will be packed well in secure shipping boxes with all legal documents such as packing lists and commercial invoices once the productions are completed. Now all the items are ready to ship to your side.

A. If you have your own freight forwarder based in China, we will follow your requests to send the productions to your freight forwarder.

B. If you dont have a freight forwarder, we cooperate with reliable and trusted shipping companies that deliver on-time to take care of your shipping.
